    Here's a short video on my process when on site photographing a kitchen 1 point perspective. The key to one points is symmetry, make sure you take the time to look at the scene to make sure all the elements are aligned correctly for the composition. I used flash for better color and direction of light in the scene. My settings were ISO 250, f/8.0, 1/160sec at 25mm, bounced flash at full power.

In this video we will be covering different challenges I encountered during a luxury real estate shoot in Las Vegas:

    1. A mixed lighting situation for a money shot showcasing the views from the home.

    2. We will also talk about using the natural light and compositing your image so that the viewer's attention will not be wandering around the photo.

    3. This home's rear yard was still under construction but we still need to be creative in how we compose and edit the photo to still deliver a photo that the client can use to market the property.

    Even as a professional we all eventually will make mistakes in our photography career. In this video I wanted to share with you a recent mistake I made on a client luxury real estate shoot where I missed a pillow not positioned correctly on a chair and all my photos had that pillow fallen over. I can't go reshoot and had to figure out a way to fix the problem to still deliver a quality photo to my client. Hopefully this video can help you to slow down on your shoots to take your time and if a mistake does happen to look at all the variables to fix that solution. End of the day what matters when we make a mistake is that we learn from it to grow as a professional.

    We will also be covering my approach to shooting a twilight front Money shot of a home and how using the fake tilt shift effect can help draw the viewers eye into the areas of the photo we want rather than to an unwanted area.
